Additional file 9: of Size matters: three methods for estimating nuclear size in mycorrhizal roots of Medicago truncatula by image analysis

Dataset of nuclear size measurements obtained with the different methods and for each case study. Sheet 1 and 2 of the Excel file include all measurements of nuclear areas and volumes (respectively), obtained with manual and automated analyses of confocal images from uninoculated and mycorrhizal root segments.
