Gastric cancer cell line MKN45 and MKN 28 with Lin28 overexpression were established via Lin28 plasmid transfection, Lin28 expression was detected by Western-blot.(B). mRNA level of Lin28 was detected by qRT-PCR, each data point represents the mean±SD of three independent experiments.
