Genome-wide chromatin accessibility on human psoriatic and normal skin tissues

We globally profile chromatin accessibility using the assay for transposase accessible chromatin using sequencing (ATAC-seq) in psoriasis cases and controls to explore the mechanisms of non-coding regulatory elements in 43 skin tissues ( including 15PP, 9PN and 19 NN). Coupled with our previous whole genome, DNA methylome and transcriptome data from the same batch of samples, we aim to reveal the role of the CARs and further explore the data to find disease-associated transcription factors.
