Dataset of the Cannabis Tolerance Break, T-Break Guide Study. 143 current cannabis user were recruited to take a 21 day break from cannabis. They were offered the T-Break Guide (go.uvm.edu/tbreak) as a resource but were not required to use it. Participants completed a baseline survey prior to their break, and a follow-up survey 30 days later. This study was IRB approved at the University of Vermont; participant informed consent included that non-identifiable data could be stored and used for other research.
