Global Water Body Imaging and Optical Sensing Reflectance Community Dataset (GLORIA) contains a total of 7,572 calibrated hyperspectral remote sensing reflectance datasets, with wavelengths ranging from 350 to 900 nm and a spectral resolution of 1 nm. Each dataset includes at least one synchronously collected water quality parameter, including chlorophyll-a concentration, total suspended solids concentration, absorption coefficient of colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM), and Secchi disk depth. This dataset was collaboratively constructed by researchers from 53 research institutions worldwide, with sampling covering 450 distinct water bodies, and it is currently the most comprehensive benchmark database for in-situ measured optical properties of global coastal and inland waters.
