Euchiloglanis kishinouyei Genome sequencing and assembly

We have generated the first telomere-to-telomere genome of Euchiloglanis kishinouyei, a species of the Sisoridae family, with a genome size of 886.74 Mb.The consensus quality assessment yielded a quality score of 46.96, and the BUSCO evaluation indicated a completeness of over 98.5%, demonstrating the high quality of our genome assembly. Additionally, we identified 45.59% (404.23 Mb) of the genome as repetitive elements and predicted 24,403 protein-coding genes, of which 94.37% were annotated.
