资源简介:
These in‐depth needs analysis study, as part of the Erasmus+ project "Green Touch: EcoMind Development for Higher Education Future," aimed to determine factors related to nature connectedness in an academic environment. It used a mixed‐methods cross‐sectional observational approach, incorporating an online survey and two online roundtable discussions conducted across Cyprus, Latvia, Portugal, and Slovenia. Participants included students, academic, and non-academic staff. In total, 1348 students and 122 staff members participated in the survey.
The data were collected with the following tests: The Warwick‐Edinburgh Mental Well‐Being Scale (WEMWBS), developed by Tennant et al. (2007), the second version of the World Health Organization‐Five Well‐Being Index (WHO‐5), presented by the World Health Organization in 1998 (World Health Organization. Regional Office for Europe, 1998), the Nature Relatedness Scale (NR‐6), developed by Nisbet and Zelenski (2013), the Self‐Rated Health (SRH) item, developed by Ware and Sherbourne (1992), which measures an individual's perception of their physical health, the single‐item measure of stress symptoms, developed by Elo and Työterveyslaitos (Finland) in 1992, and the Mindful Self‐Care Scale (MSCS), developed by Cook-Cottone and Guyker (2018).
