RNA sequencing of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia-derived mesenchymal stem cells cultured alone and co-culture with leukemia cells

To explore the possible differences in gene expression profiles between MSCs cultured alone and MSCs in leukemia niches Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) was isolated from bone marrow aspirates of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) patients and the ficoll gradient centrifugation was conducted for BM-MSCs separation. MSCs cultured alone for 72 h (n=3) and MSCs co-cultured with Nalm-6 cell lines for 72 h (n=3) were collected, respectively. Then RNA sequencing analyses were performed on these BM-MSCs and the gene expression profiles of BM-MSCs in the two groups were compared.
