Gut–Eye Axis: Landscape Review and Individual-Participant-Data Re-analysis (data and code)

Derived data and analysis code supporting the manuscript "Methodological Heterogeneity, Not Biology, Explains Alpha-Diversity Signals in the Gut–Eye Axis: A Landscape Review and Individual-Participant-Data Re-analysis" (Gut Microbes). Contains the landscape maturity-rubric scores for thirteen gut–organ axes, extracted effect-size tables for the aggregate meta-analysis, per-sample diversity indices and genus-level synthesis from the harmonized individual-participant-data re-analysis, and the R code reproducing all reported estimates and figures. No new sequence data were generated; raw reads reprocessed in the re-analysis remain in the original investigators' public repositories under the accession identifiers listed within, and are not redistributed here.
