Gene fusion detection in cancer by adaptation of a short-read fusion panel to long-read sequencing

We developed a long-read computational GF detection pipeline and successfully identified expected fusions from 90% of the samples, while at the same time identified additional, potentially novel, clinically relevant GFs.
