'bend0_h100m_R200km.msh' is the finite-element mesh for the planar fault case.<br>'bend30_h100m_R200km.msh' is the finite-element mesh for the 30° fault bend case.<br>'bend45_h100m_R200km.msh' is the finite-element mesh for the 45° fault bend case.<br>Each input shell is named as bend{bend angle}RS_{psi}_h100m_{CF<sub>plane</sub>}to{CF<sub>bend</sub>}.shell. For example, 'bend30RS_20_h100m_070to095.shell' is for a 30° bend, psi=20°, CF<sub>plane</sub>=0.70, and CF<sub>bend</sub>=0.95. These parameters are described in the paper.<br>'bend3Dcos.f90' is the source code for the fault bend models.<br>'plane3D.f90' is the source code for the planar fault models.<br>'plot_snapshots.m' is a matlab code to plot rupture snapshots, as in Figure 3.<br>'plot_5slips.m' is a Matlab code to plot the 5 slip distributions and rupture time contours, for example, Figure 4.<br>'plot_5Uzs.m' is a Matlab code to plot the 5 surface displacements, for example, Figure 5.<br>'plot_plastic.m' is a Matlab code to plot the distribution of inelastic strain.<br>
