In the current excell there is a list of identified compounds (10-deacetylbaccatin III, 10-deacetyltaxol, baccatin III, cephalomannine and paclitaxel). For the quantification of 10-deacetylbaccatin IIIand 10-deacetyltaxol samples analyzed ten times diluted. Samples were collected from two yew populations (Mt Cholomon and Mt Olympus) in three seasons (spring, summer and winter). Blanks and standard mix were inserted every 17 samples.
