本数据资源包含福建省辖区内企业在年度报告中依法公示的股东（发起人）基本信息及其认缴与实缴出资情况，是反映企业资本结构、股权构成和出资合规性的重要内容。由企业自行填报并对真实性负责，市场监管部门依法进行监管，是评估企业资本真实性、股权稳定性及信用状况的核心依据之一。

This dataset contains basic information of shareholders (promoters) of enterprises under the jurisdiction of Fujian Province, as well as their subscribed and paid-in capital contributions, which are publicly disclosed by the enterprises in their annual reports in accordance with the law. It serves as important content reflecting enterprises' capital structure, equity composition and compliance of capital contributions. The information is filled out by the enterprises themselves, who are responsible for its authenticity, and is supervised by market supervision departments in accordance with the law. It is one of the core bases for evaluating the authenticity of enterprise capital, equity stability and credit status.
