Thraustochytriaceae sp. Genome sequencing and assembly

This project includes whole-genome sequencing and assembly of six thraustochytrid strains, together with 24 RNA-seq datasets generated from two strains (Mn4 and S429) grown under cellulose and glucose conditions at 24 h and 72 h. The study aims to investigate genomic diversity, carbon metabolism, and transcriptional responses in thraustochytrids to support functional genomics and comparative analysis.
