Data and code to reproduce analyses from "Trait-based prediction of host species roles in parasite sharing networks"

​This repository contains code and data to reproduce the analyses and create figures from:<br><br>&gt; Dallas, T, BA Han, CL Nunn, AW Park, PR Stepehns, and JM Drake. 2017. "Trait-based prediction of host species roles in parasite sharing networks" <br><br><br>The RData file (`dataForGBM.RData`) contains files also generated in the data processing script (`DataProcessing.Rmd`), which reads in the associated csv files in this repository. <br>`Dallas2017.Rmd` runs the analyses and produces the plots from the manuscript. Generated plots may differ slightly, as data subsetting and model training have elements of randomness.<br><br>For more details on the analyses presented here, please see the original publication.
