Data and analysis relative to the determination of carbon-to-protein ratio and a carbon-to-lipid ratio for the microalgae Chlorella vulgaris NIES 227.

This folder contains one file with the analysis for the determination of a carbon-to-protein ratio, and a second file with the analysis for the determination of a carbon-to-lipid ratio, in both case for the microalgae Chlorella vulgaris NIES 227. The determination was performed as described in the manuscript 'Toward a scalable modelling of photosynthetic carbon assimilation and partition during nitrogen starvation for the microalga Chlorella vulgaris NIES 227' as the values obtained are used in this research work.
