Parasite-driven sNPF-mediated dual modulation of host sugar metabolism

To explore the key signaling pathways and functional genes regulated by Cotesia vestalis and short neuropeptide F in Plutella xylostella, we sequenced the transcriptomes of the central nervous system (CNS), fat body, and midgut from late 3rd instar (3L) and middle 4th instar (4M) P. xylostella larvae with sNPF treatment or not, and with C. vestalis infection or not.
