The samples were clustered by >99% 18S rDNA identity, leading to three clusters that corresponded to the 18S groups 1, 2a and 2b. The reads belonging to each cluster were co-assembled with Spades to form COSAG 1, COSAG 2a and COSAG 2b. The contigs fasta files are included here. Prodigal was used to predict the ORFs and amino acid sequence. The protein fasta and gff3 files are included.
