Alsobacter soli strain:SH9 Genome sequencing and assembly. Alsobacter soli strain:SH9

The genus Alsobacter within the order Rhizobiales in the class Alphaproteobacteria. One type strain has been published so far from the genus Alsobacter. The 16S rDNA sequence of SH9 is 98.51% identical to that of Alsobacter metallidurans NBRC 107718T, which indicates that strain SH9 is a new species of Alsobacter. Comparative genomic sequence analysis between strain SH9 and Alsobacter metallidurans NBRC 107718T will provide more evidence to prove that SH9 is a new species of Alsobacter .
