It is constructed by comprehensively collecting and annotating existing Antifreeze Protein sequences using innovative data filtering and tag annotation strategies. The dataset not only covers sequences from mainstream datasets (e.g., DatasetS and DatasetR), but also provides detailed structural domain annotations for each antifreeze protein through the InterPro website, making it the most comprehensively annotated dataset available.
