Additional file 5: Table S2. Primers and length of the amplification products to verify the length of the centromeres. For each centromere, three PCR reactions were performed. PCR reaction 1 amplifies the whole centromeric region, and PCR reactions 2 and 3 amplify two parts of the centromeric region. Primer IDs, primers sequences and the expected product are shown for all PCR amplifications.
