资源简介:
Soil microbial communities are intricately related to ecosystem functions, and it is of great ecological significance to predict how microbial communities will assembly in changing environment. However, little is known about the assembly processes governing rhizosphere communities of shrubs and grasses in Loess Plateau, particularly with regard to their environmental adaptation. Here, using 16S and ITS2 rRNA gene amplicon sequencing, we investigated the microbial diversity and composition, assembly process, and potential related factors of bacterial and fungal community in 40 samples collected in rhizosphere soil of 6 grasses and 4 shrubs from the Loess Plateau in China.
