资源简介:
Hypomyces perniciosus and Cladobotryum mycophilum are mycoparasitic fungi that infect Agaricus bisporus (button mushroom) and cause wet bubble and cobweb diseases, respectively. In this study, the role of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted by these fungal mycoparasites in the suppression of A. bisporus was investigated. Further, the VOCs of H. perniciosus and C. mycophilum were collected by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) procedure, and their components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The effect of ethanol vapor, a major volatile component in these mycoparasites, on the growth of A. bisporus was determined.
