资源简介:
Dataset with pairwise distances employed to conduct the divergence analyses. The following information is provided: Species1 = identity of species #1 Species2 = identity of species #2 acoustic_dist = acoustic distance for that species pair. morpho_dist = morphological distance for that species pair. elevation_dist = elevational distance for that species pair. phylo_dist = phylogenetic distance for that species pair. nodeID = identity of the node from which both species diverged. node_age = age of the node. node_age2 = squared node age. geo_dist = geographical distance for that species pair. overlap = degree of sympatry for each species pair using the overlap or Szymkiewicz-Simpson index (proportion of the smaller range that occurs in the larger range). schoener = degree of sympatry for each species pair using the Schoener's index. ElevOverlapM = elevational overlap in meters. ElevOverlap = degree of elevational overlap of pairs of sympatric taxa (computed by dividing the amount of overlap by the elevational range of the taxon with narrower range). CAT1 = classification of the pair (discerning between sympatric and non-sympatric pairs). CAT2 = classification of the pair (discerning between sympatric in elevation [syntopic] and non-sympatric in elevation [non-syntopic]). CAT3 = classification of the pair (discerning between syntopic, sympatric but non-syntopic, and non-sympatric pairs).
