Grey level images obtained from X-ray micro-CT scans of 100 hemp seeds of four different varieties of Cannabis sativa L. (Carmaleonte, Codimono, CS, Fibranova). Each folder contains all the cross-section images of one of the 25 seeds acquired for each variety. The folder name indicates the seed ID containing the hemp variety (es.: CARM_) followed by the consecutive number corresponding to the seed ID. Cross-section are spaced 6.5 microns each other, thus cubic voxel side length is 6.5 microns.
