Sequencing of Aquaculture Water Bodies

By means of sequencing technologies, we identify the functional genes associated with aquatic material cycling (specifically nitrogen cycling), pollutant degradation, and disease suppression, thereby revealing the regulatory role of microbial communities in maintaining the ecological balance of aquaculture water bodies. This research provides targeted insights for the development of tailwater purification and treatment processes, facilitates the up-to-standard discharge and recycling of aquaculture tailwater, and alleviates the pressure of aquaculture activities on the surrounding aquatic environment.
