3D models of the human scapula and humerus with defined anatomic landmarks

This repository contains 3D models of the human scapula and humerus (*.stl) derived from computed tomography (CT) scans, with spreadsheets (*.csv) detailing demographics and spatial coordinates of a limited set of anatomic landmarks. The models were taken from a convenience sample and include data from over 400 shoulders, with a mix of healthy and pathologic bones from individual and paired anatomies. 

v1.1 expands the contents of the prior release to now include a total of:-    275 shoulders, including paired scapulae and humeri-    125 complete humeri-    25 complete scapulae-    Additional parameters are reported for existing and new models: Radii of the glenoid circle, humeral shaft, and humeral head

v1.11 corrects body weight in the paired humeri spreadsheet (incorrectly reported in 'lb' but labeled 'kg' originally, corrected to kg)
