Transcriptome analysis of wild-type and GLO2 knockout BMDM infected with VSV for 12 hours . Overall design: To analyze variation of gene expression in BMDM by konckout of GLO2, GLO2 was knockouted in BMDM of HAGHfl/fl LYZ2reERT2 mice by adding 4-OHT in medium on the process of incuding BMDM form bone marrow cells. Then, cells were infected by VSV(MOI=1) for 12 hours.
