该数据集为杭州市中医院在开展胰腺炎患者腹部CT检查、影像诊断及临床服务过程中产生，来源于杭州市中医院医院放射科2015年-2025年日常医疗活动所生成的腹部CT原始影像（DICOM）数据及对应影像报告1000例。数据内容包含患者基础匿名信息，检查项目与部位、临床诊断、影像报告等关键信息，数据形态涵盖医学影像与文本报告两类模态。

This dataset was generated by Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the conduct of abdominal CT examinations, imaging diagnosis and clinical services for patients with pancreatitis. It is sourced from 1000 cases of raw abdominal CT images in DICOM format and their corresponding imaging reports, which were generated during the routine clinical operations of the hospital's Department of Radiology between 2015 and 2025. The dataset includes key information such as basic anonymized patient demographics, examination items and anatomical sites, clinical diagnoses and imaging reports, and encompasses two data modalities: medical images and textual reports.

This dataset can be applied to research on the detection, segmentation, quantitative analysis and imaging characterization of pancreatitis lesions, and supports various application scenarios including the construction of medical imaging AI models, multi-device consistency evaluation and real-world clinical research.
