Unprocessed TEF v1.6 output files underlying the processed dataset at DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18687520.Generated from Arabidopsis thaliana herbarium specimens using the TAIR10 reference genome (downloaded from the Ensembl Plants FTP link below).These files include TEF head–tail detections for each accession, as well as TE transposition events detected in the SRR13608004 (Col‑0) control.No manual curation or reformatting has been applied. Files therefore also contain TE insertions detected in the control Col‑0 sample.
