The data of the article "Effect of particle shape on effective interactions in active bath"

This dataset contains the relevant data for Figs. 1 and 3 in the article titled " Effect of particle shape on effective interactions in active bath". File 1 is a schematic diagram created using PPT software that illustrates the experimental measurement of effective forces between passive particles, corresponding to Fig. 1 of the article. Files 2 and 3 are txt files containing the experimental data for Figs. 3(a) and 3(b), respectively. By importing the data from Files 2 and 3 into Origin software, one can generate Figs. 3(a) and 3(b), which depict the relationship between the effective forces between plate-like and spherical particles and the particle distance at different bacterial concentrations.
