资源简介:
Glutaminyl cyclase (QC) activity in macrophage cells is correlated with the gene expression of MCP-2 and QC-catalyzed N-terminal pGlu formation of MCPs is required for macrophage migration and provide new insights into the role of QC in the inflammation process. In the study presented here, we found that 3,770 genes exhibited different expression level (> 1.7 folds) in response to the treatment of LPS, and that 4,124 genes showed different expression in response to the treatments of PBD150 inhibitor and LPS. The overlap between both conditions contained 602 genes, we identified 10 genes whose expression levels are significantly correlated with the pretreatment of PBD150 inhibitor. 27 samples: untreated control, LPS only treatment, and LPS and PBD150 QC inhibitor treatment
