Distinguishing Pediatric Chiari I Malformation Beyond Tonsillar Position: Morphometric Analysis of Symptomatic, Incidental/Symptom Free, and Control Cases by Leveraging the NIMH ABCD MRI Repository

This project aims to examine image within the ABCD data and find cases that have incidental Chiari I malformation. The images sets that are found with tonsillar position below the foremen magnum will be match with pediatric cases with Chiari I malformation with similar tonsillar descent. Morphometric analysis will be conducted at the midsagittal plane to determine how the overall morphometric differ between the incidental cases and the symptomatic cases.
