Ma Ly says the name of the action of patting pottery with a paddle in Koho language. She says first “pat”, which can be translated as “to smack/to strike”, then she also says “tap góh” where “góh” refers to pottery. This action is used to even out the surface of the pot and shape the round of the bottom.
