Heat Tolerance Measurements of Calophyllum inophyllum

This dataset includes measurements of Calophyllum inophyllum leaf physiology conducted at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute (STRI), Tupper Building, Panamá. Principal measurements were the chlorophyll fluorescence responses (F₀, Fₘ, Fᵥ/Fₘ) under controlled temperature treatments to assess leaf-level heat tolerance and thermal limits of photosystem II. This dataset provides insight about thermal stress response dynamics in a tropical tree species, supporting research on plant acclimation, physiological resilience, and responses to climate change.
