In the first half of 2024, the Bank of Scotland had the highest number of complaints against home financing products and services in the United Kingdom (UK). Approximately 540 complaints were submitted against the Bank of Scotland Plc, while 460 complaints were submitted for Barclays Bank UK Plc.
