Unpacking teacher collaboration: validation of measurement models using exploratory structural equation modeling

The dataset consists of survey responses collected from teachers in Norwegian primary schools at two time points. At Time 1, 490 teachers, and at Time 2, 380 teachers from the same schools responded. Teachers from a total of 38 schools are included in the set. The data include responses to a newly developed questionnaire on teacher collaboration, alongside measures of burnout, engagement, and school contextual characteristics. The dataset is structured to enable longitudinal analyses, including examination of stability over time and differences across teacher subgroups and schools.
