资源简介:
①Pure-tone audiometry was performed in a standard sound-treated room by certified audiologists using the Astera (Interacoustics) audiometer. Air-conduction and bone-conduction thresholds were measured at 500 Hz, 1000 Hz, 2000 Hz, and 4000 Hz. The pure-tone average (PTA) was calculated based on these frequencies. Additionally, air-bone gaps were determined at each frequency for every participant.②Standardized otoscopic images were obtained and recorded by experienced otologists using the Olympus EJ-2/J1900C1 otoendoscope. The acquired images were stored in a dedicated database for subsequent analysis. Based on the handle of the malleus as a landmark, each tympanic membrane was divided into four quadrants. According to the site of perforation, classified using the Morris quadrant system, patients were categorized into four groups: anteroinferior, anterosuperior, posteroinferior, and posterosuperior.③The relative area of tympanic membrane perforation (RAp) was calculated as: RAp = (perforation area / total tympanic membrane area) × 100%. Based on the RAp values, patients were categorized into four groups: micro-perforation (RAp ≤ 2.5%), small perforation (2.5% < RAp ≤ 12.5%), medium perforation (12.5% < RAp ≤ 35.0%), and large perforation (RAp > 35.0%).Note:This dataset is used exclusively for the research purposes of our study group, and all personally identifiable information has been anonymized.
