Transcriptome profiling of mouse CD8+ T cells in the presence or absence of acetate

To investigate the role of acetate in T cell survival and the underlying mechanism, transcription profiling was performed on mouse CD8+ T cells treated with or without 10mM acetate for 24h. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of mouse CD8+ T cells. Overall design: RNA sequencing for transcription profiling was performed on mouse CD8+ T cells treated with or without 10 mM acetate for 24 h.
