Data for "Nitrogen-Dependent Regulation of Nitrate Reductase in Coral Symbioses"

Supplementary figures and raw data associated with the publication "Nitrogen-Dependent Regulation of Nitrate Reductase in Coral Symbioses". Data from western blots and qRT-PCR are provided as individual .xlsx files for each experiment presented in the study. ITS2-related data include: .fasta files from Mix2Seq sequencing of cultured Breviolum minutum (OSB and NSB) and Symbiodinium microadriaticum (RS); associated BLAST .out files; .fastq files from Illumina sequencing of in hospite symbionts (CSM prefix); and a metadata .xlsx file summarizing ITS2 datasets and results. The repository also includes the nitrate reductase (NR) sequence reported in Xiang et al. (2020) Nature Communication, which was used to verify NR protein predictions and NR primer alignment, as well as BLASTx reports of this sequence against the "nr" and "swissprot" databases.
