Using RNA sequencing, we profile transcriptome dervied from human gastric cancer organoids after drug treatment. Gastric cancer organoids were treated with 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin with IC10 and dose increased gradually until reaching IC50 or at dose which organoids remained alive but did not proliferate. Submitters state that they will release raw fastq files on ENA with study ID PRJEB60472
