The dataset contains figures and data published in the manuscript "Model Development and Implementation of Techno-Economic Assessment of Hydrogen Logistics Value Chain: A Case Study of Selected Regions in the Czech Republic".

Folder "Figures" contains figures published in the manuscript - examples of model database (visualization), output, and case study results. Text file with their description included.  Folder labelled "Data" contains input parameters for all three sub-models (road transport, rail transport, transshipment) and output data - road ID points (used in the model database) and resulting transportation costs for road transport and multimodal transport for each microregion (municipality with extended jurisdiction).
