OMOP-ECM Synthetic Sample Dataset

This record contains a synthetic sample dataset illustrating the structure of the OMOP-ECM dataset used for research on suspected or diagnosed Inborn Errors of Metabolism (IEM). The dataset follows the OMOP Common Data Model (CDM) v5.4 and contains example records from the following tables: - person- death- measurement All records are entirely fictional and generated for demonstration purposes only. The dataset is provided to comply with HealthDCAT-AP requirements for publishing sample distributions of sensitive datasets. The real dataset contains laboratory biomarker measurements including amino acids, metabolic indicators and clinical measurements relevant to metabolic disorders.
