VPRS 18931 Policy and Procedure Manuals

This series comprises policy and procedure manuals for the Mount Royal Hospital (VA 1280) and the Melbourne Extended Care and Rehabilitation Service (VA 5265), which was formed as the result of the amalgamation of Mount Royal and the Greenvale Centre (VA 5267). Included in this series are the Mount Royal Hospital Staff Manuals, which include rules regarding administration; salaries, human resources, staff amenities, and an organisational chart. Included are the Mount Royal Domestic Rules, which include rules for the secretary, superintendent, medical staff, matron, assistant matron, engineer, housekeeper, dispenser, and accountant. This series also contains emergency procedures, and a nursing procedures manual, which details clinical procedures.
