This repository contains the source and supplemental data associated with the paper:

The data is structured according to the figures presented in the paper:

Source_Data.zip: Contains the data directly linked to the figures in the paper.
Supplementary_Data.zip: Contains all additional data.
Code_Data.zip: Contains the input data required to run the pipeline. The folders have the same names as the ones in the GitHub repository: https://github.com/MorRaiola/QuantitativeAnalisysOfHTMorphogenesis."

The repository includes the following files and formats:
File Types:

.ply files: 3D mesh data representing heart tissue deformation. These can be opened using MeshLab (https://www.meshlab.net/#download) or ParaView (https://www.paraview.org/download/).
.vtk files: Contain directional vectors of tissue deformation, intended for use with ParaView.
.ims files: Represent in silico fate maps and can be opened with Imaris Viewer (https://imaris.oxinst.com/imaris-viewer).
