Identification of a Choroid Plexus Vascular Barrier Closing during Intestinal Inflammation to Protect the Brain [scRNA-Seq]

Profiles of the cellular components of the CP at single cell resolution (via 10X scRNA-seq) during the preclinical murine model of DSS ulcerative colitis Overall design: Lateral ventricles CP of five adult mice (untreated and T1, T3 DSS treated) were microdissected and pooled together. One sample, containing 5 biological replicates was used for the subsequent sequencing. Approximately 7000 cells from each sample were loaded into Single Cell Chip B (10X Genomics,#PN-1000092) using the Single Cell 3' v3 reagent kit (10X Genomics, # PN-1000074) for gel bead emulsion generation in the Chromium system.
