Weather there is a close relationship between rumen microbiota and mammary gland healthy?- by multi-omics analysis perspective

To meet the high quality of milk products, mammary gland healthy is necessary for the dairy industry. However, different somatic cell counts(SCC) weather related with host rumen fermentation and microbiota interaction needs further evaluation. We intergrade physiological indicators, 16S rRNA gene sequencing, and metagenomics aims to clarify the mechanism between rumen microbes and mastitis processing, as well as to show the changes in milk production performance, serum cytokines in either low somatic cell cows (L-SCC group) or high somatic cell cows (H-SCC group)
