JWST-TST DREAMS: A Super-Solar Metallicity in WASP-17b's Dayside Atmosphere from NIRISS SOSS Eclipse Spectroscopy - dataset

This repository is for the paper JWST-TST DREAMS: A Super-Solar Metallicity in WASP-17b's Dayside Atmosphere from NIRISS SOSS Eclipse Spectroscopy by Gressier et al. This repository contains emission spectra for WASP-17b obtained using three reduction pipelines: transitspectroscopy, supremespoon, and ahsoka. Each spectrum includes measurements of planetary flux relative to stellar flux Fp/Fstar. The transitspectroscopy reduction offers two versions: one with only positive eclipse depths and another using priors that allow negative eclipse depths, resulting in negative Fp/Fstar. Additionally, we provide planetary brightness temperatures with associated confidence intervals derived from the transitspectroscopy negative-depth reduction. This dataset enables a comparative analysis of reduction methods, assessing the robustness of brightness temperature estimates for WASP-17b's atmosphere.
