RESEARCH OF PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS BASED ON THE HUMAN CONCEPT

The article provides a detailed analysis of the history of the study in linguistics of phraseological units based on the human concept, their theoretical foundations, and semantic-structural features. The emotional-evaluative, characterological, and cultural-national features of phraseological units expressed through the image of a person are illuminated on the basis of examples. Each scientific conclusion is substantiated by relevant sources by means of footnotes.
