Porcine Liver Single-Cell Transcriptome Sequencing

This study aims to investigate the heterogeneity of cell types in porcine liver by performing single-cell transcriptome sequencing. The data will provide insights into the gene expression profiles of different cell types and contribute to a better understanding of liver function and physiology in pigs.
